- Pay Rate: $75/hr (Negotiable)
- Location: Several offices throughout Seattle, WA
- Travel: Flight, hotel, and car rental included
- Coverage Dates: ASAP ongoing (3-month minimum commitment)
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8a 5p (No call)
- Patient Volume: 18-20 per day
- Setting: all ages; Primary Care. FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center).
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: Must have 2 or more years of experience in Primary Care with some level of Communicate health experience. Will need to have a WA state license (can obtain during credentialing)
- Credentialing: 30 days
