Gastroenterology Physician

Join Our Gastroenterology Team in Columbus, OH!

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a growing practice in a state-of-the-art facility located just 15 minutes from downtown Columbus, Ohio. Our hospital offers a blend of outpatient care, endoscopy, and inpatient coverage, all within a beautiful, healing environment recently opened in 2019. With a large established referral base and dedicated APP support, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Gastroenterologist to thrive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality care in a patient-centered, team-based environment.
• Practice on one hospital campus with a blend of outpatient office, endoscopy, and inpatient coverage.
• Utilize EMR - EPIC for efficient patient management.
• Contribute to consultative hospital services.
• Maintain a call ratio of 1:4, including some weekends.
• Engage with an onsite lab and X-Ray.
• Advanced endoscopy training is preferred but not required.
• Opportunity for immediate patient engagement with an established referral base.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine (preferred).
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (required).
• Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain, required).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
• 3-5 years of outpatient Gastroenterology work experience preferred.
• Advanced endoscopy training preferred.

License and Certification Requirements:

• OH medical license (required).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
• Visa support: J1 or H1B (if applicable).
