• Clinic and scheduled procedures only
• Coverage:
  • Physician:
    • One week on / one week off
    • Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Support: 1 RN, 1 APP, 1 MA
• Call: N/A
• EMR System: Epic

• Certification: BE/BC ABIM
• Fellowship: Gastroenterology
• License: Active Wisconsin upon presentation
• Life Certifications : ACLS, BLS
• Required To Supervise Advance Practice Providers
