Envision Physician Services has a premier leadership opportunity for a qualified Anesthesiologist to join our team at AdventHealth North Pinellas in Tarpon Springs, FL, as the Chief of Anesthesia.

The Chief duties will include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling
- Staff development
- Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
- Liaison with hospital leaders
- Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
- Participate in leadership and development activities
- Performance reviews
- Orientation and onboarding of new hires

- Home call with 1:5 rotation - call back rare
