Compensation: $250,000 - $450,000 Annual Salary - tier-based model

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and oral tissues.
  • Perform clinical treatments such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and other restorative and preventive services.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Formulate and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
  • Administer anesthetics to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and complete all required documentation in compliance with clinical protocols.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient scheduling, patient satisfaction, and achievement of office production and collection goals.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including mentorship meetings, continuing education, and performance reviews to support growth and clinical excellence.
