The Position:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Dentist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider looking for a stable, well-compensated position with comprehensive benefits and professional support.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $170,000 base salary
- Incentive compensation plan eligibility after 90 days
- Reimbursement for Georgia and DEA licensure, plus one approved professional association
- Professional liability coverage through the Federal Tort Claims Act at no cost
- CME allowance: $2,000 annually, increasing to $4,000 in year three
- Health insurance for provider and spouse at no cost (other plans available for additional cost)
- Short-term disability, long-term disability, and group life insurance equal to base salary
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued biweekly:
- Year 1: 180 hours
- Year 2: 216 hours
- Year 3: 252 hours
- Paid holidays: 8 hours per designated holiday after 90-day introductory period
- 403(b) retirement plan with 50% match of employee contribution, up to 4% of pay

Requirements:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active or eligible Georgia dental license
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Perform restorative, preventive, and routine dental procedures
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to ensure quality care
- Adhere to clinical protocols and compliance standards
- Participate in community outreach and oral health promotion initiatives as needed
