We re hiring a General Dentist to join a well-established, high-quality dental practice near Pismo Beach, CA. This is a W-2, full-time opportunity offering excellent earning potential, a consistent schedule, and full clinical autonomy. Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

    • Preferred: 2 3 Saturdays/month (8:30 AM 4:30 PM) - optional

    • One weekday off to maintain a 5-day workweek

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Patient Volume: 20 patients per day

  • Clinical Scope:

    • Fillings, SRPs, crowns, exams/diagnosis

    • Extractions and root canals optional handled by in-house specialists if needed

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Daily Guarantee: Permanent minimum of $900/day

  • Bonus: 21.9% of pure production above daily guarantee of $2400/day

  • Employment Type: W-2

Practice Setting:

  • Established patient base and modern facilities

  • One full-time general dentist on-site per office currently

  • Specialists (including ortho) rotate in a few times per month

  • Dentical patient population must be comfortable seeing this demographic

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply

  • Confident clinical skills and a strong diagnostic foundation

  • Able to start ASAP preferred
