General Dentist – Full-Time

Location: Life Long Dental Care, Colchester, CT
Schedule: 4–5 days/week (Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday)

About the Practice

Life Long Dental Care is a recently renovated, modern dental practice with 5 operatories and room for expansion. We are a PPO/FFS practice with a 98% collection rate and a strong, loyal patient base. Our practice is supported by a robust marketing team that drives growth and ensures a steady flow of new patients.

This is a primary provider role—you will be the sole general dentist in the practice, offering a unique opportunity to take full ownership of patient care and maximize your income potential. This position is ideal for a dentist who is confident, self-motivated, and comfortable with a wide scope of care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Collections-based pay: 35%
  • Daily Guarantee: $850–$1,000 (for up to 18 months)
  • Sign-on/Relocation Bonus: $15,000–$20,000 (paid at the discretion of the practice)

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 2+ years preferred
  • Skills: Bread-and-butter dentistry with added proficiency in endodontics and implants
  • Mindset: Independent, patient-focused, and comfortable being the solo provider in a high-performing practice
  • Autonomy: Confident managing full comprehensive care—diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and maintenance

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Connecticut
