Elite365 is actively recruiting a Locum General Dentist a general dentistry practice located in Tucson, Arizona.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

• Start: ASAP - Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, some Saturdays
• Hours: 9a-6p
• Cases: Fillings, crowns, cleanings, exams, extractions
• Patient mix: 85% Adult/15% PEDO
• Avg. pts per day: 15-20
• EMR: Dexis/E-Chart
• Credentialing timeframe: 2-3 weeks
• Travel & Lodging for eligible candidates
• Malpractice provided

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Active AZ license
• Active AZ DEA
• CPR card
