General Neuromuscular Faculty
Salary Range: Assistant Professor $250,000 $280,000 a year, Associate Professor $280,000 $310,000 a year, Professor $310,000 $370,000 a year
The University of Chicago's Department of Neurology is searching for full-time faculty members at any rank that specialize in Electromyography (EMG) and Neuromuscular Medicine. Clinical responsibilities include outpatient clinics and EMG sessions at Hyde Park and select offsite locations in the Chicagoland area. Inpatient service opportunities are available based on interest and availability. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity. Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be board certified or board eligible in Adult Neurology as well as Neuromuscular Medicine and/or Electromyography.
