• 34 hours weekly Wednesday to Saturday schedule with mix of 5-hour and 10-hour shifts
• 2 - 3 patients per hour average volume
• Primary care walk-in clinic with blend of urgent care and family medicine
• 2 weeks of comprehensive training provided with dedicated trainer
• EMR: Apple/Mac-based system with on-site charting only
• Common procedures include suturing, blocks, splinting, and minor removals
