Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity in Fayette County, IL
Full-Time Position
NEW POSITION - DETAILS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
•Two orthopedic groups: one in Mattoon, IL, and one in Effingham, IL, each with four general orthopedic surgeons.
•One spine surgeon joined in 2024 and covers both locations.
•Seeking an additional surgeon to join the team.
•Ideal start date:summer 2026
•Facility offers Rosa and Mako robotics, spine navigation, O-arm, and AIRO CT.
•Generous sign-on bonus.
•$60,000 total retention bonus (paid in $20,000 installments at the end of years 1, 2, and 3).
•Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary).
•33 days of paid time off.
•5 days + $6,000 CME allowance annually.
•1:6 call schedule.
