Position: General Otolaryngologist with Emphasis in Otology

Pay Range: $400,000-$500,000 Annually

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible general otolaryngologist with specialized interest and proficiency in otology to join our dynamic and collaborative ENT team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who enjoys the breadth of general ENT care but has a particular passion and proven ability in advanced otologic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general ENT services to a diverse patient population
  • Perform advanced otologic procedures with an emphasis on:
  • Complex middle ear and ossicular chain reconstruction
  • Cochlear implants (CIs)
  • Surgical management of cholesteatomas
  • Participate in call rotation shared equitably among ENT providers
  • Collaborate with audiologists, allergy nurse, and referring providers

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery
  • Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
  • Strong surgical experience and confidence in cochlear implantation and middle ear pathology management
  • Interest in maintaining a broad general ENT practice alongside an otologic focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous clinical excellence
