Position: General Otolaryngologist with Emphasis in Otology

Pay Range: $400,000-$500,000 Annually
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible general otolaryngologist with specialized interest and proficiency in otology to join our dynamic and collaborative ENT team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who enjoys the breadth of general ENT care but has a particular passion and proven ability in advanced otologic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general ENT services to a diverse patient population
- Perform advanced otologic procedures with an emphasis on:
- Complex middle ear and ossicular chain reconstruction
- Cochlear implants (CIs)
- Surgical management of cholesteatomas
- Participate in call rotation shared equitably among ENT providers
- Collaborate with audiologists, allergy nurse, and referring providers
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
- Strong surgical experience and confidence in cochlear implantation and middle ear pathology management
- Interest in maintaining a broad general ENT practice alongside an otologic focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous clinical excellence
