Schedule : Weekdays, full-time outpatient imaging coverage
Clinical Details:
- Outpatient setting only
- Estimated volume: 100 studies per day
- No admissions or rounding
- Trauma certification: Yes (stroke certified)
- EMR: Athena and Cerner
- No support staff required for locum coverage
Requirements:
- Board certified or eligible in Radiology
- Active PA license or IMLC
- BLS and ABLS certifications
- Clean malpractice and license history
Skills Needed:
- CT and MRI (general, neuro, MSK, angio, MRA)
- Nuclear medicine and PET scans
- Mammography (MQSA certified, digital, film screen)
- General radiology including chest, bone density, fluoroscopy
- Ultrasound (general, OB, abdominal, thyroid, pediatric)
- Advanced CT and ultrasound-guided procedures
- Non-vascular interventional procedures (biopsies, aspiration/drainage)
- Preferred: interventional and special procedures including joint injections, myelography, and pain management
