We are now seeking a Health and Wellness Manager to join our team at Fairwinds Spokane!

What you'll do:

• Responsible for the coordination and delivery of personal care services provided by the community staff to residents (in licensed apartments).
• Act as a liaison to the Health and Wellness Nurse, coordinating care and providing the necessary information in order to promote safe and high care to residents.
• Manage a staff of paraprofessionals through supervision, education and.
• Responsible for all non-nursing required tasks of the Health and Wellness department.

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrated evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience.
• Care giving experience required.
• 2 plus years of management experience preferred.
• Baccalaureate degree in health-related field recommended.
