An excellent locum tenens opportunity for a Hematology/Oncology physician is now available in Arizona. This assignment offers a fantastic schedule and long-term potential for the right candidate seeking a rewarding interim role.

Practice Setting

• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consults
• Primarily clinic-based responsibilities
• Support staff includes RNs, MAs, and office personnel

Schedule

• 2 weeks minimum to full-time coverage preferred, starting this fall
• Monday - Friday daytime schedule
• Provides consistent weekends off

Cases

• Manage general Hematology/Oncology cases
• See adult patients in the clinic
• Provide hospital consults as needed

Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Active Arizona license or IMLC Letter of Qualification
• BLS certification
• At least 12 months of post-training experience

Credentialing Requirements

• Expedited credentialing is available
• Interim privileges may be granted for clean files

Travel Accommodations

• Travel and lodging provided for the assignment
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included
