Hematology/Oncology Physician

Coverage Needed

• December 27, 2025 - Ongoing
• 8AM - 5PM
• Schedule: 40 hours/week

Clinical Details

• Outpatient only
• Patient Volume: 12-15 patients/day (varies by patient mix)
• Case Mix: Approximately 80% Oncology / 20% Hematology
• Hematology Scope: Includes both benign and malignant cases
• Procedures: Bone marrow procedures are a plus (most handled by IR)
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: 1 MD and 1 NP onsite, support staff includes NP and nursing

Requirements

• Active NY License
• Board Certification
• Immunization record required
• Flu vaccine or declination
• Negative TB or QuantiFERON Gold test within 1 year of start
