REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Hematology inpatient services (benign and malignant)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Minnesota license required (IMLC acceptable)
• Board: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology (PA or APP)
• DEA: Not required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty with heme patient care
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Epic EMR, hematology-focused experience
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide inpatient hematology/oncology coverage with focus on hematology patients
• Evaluate and manage benign and malignant hematology cases
• Round on patients and coordinate care with supervising physicians and APPs
• Collaborate with oncology colleagues and support hospital initiatives
• Document all patient encounters and treatment plans accurately in Epic EMR
