A leading clinical lab is seeking a Medical Technologist with a Hematology focus to join their diagnostic team. This role plays a vital part in the analysis and interpretation of blood-related testing to support accurate diagnoses and timely patient care.

• Receive and analyze hematology specimens according to established protocols

• Perform complete blood counts (CBCs), differentials, coagulation studies, and related testing

• Produce and report accurate, timely, and precise results

• Troubleshoot instruments and assist with maintenance procedures

• Identify and correct issues that could impact test performance or result reporting

• Collaborate with lab supervisors on workflow, training, inventory, and quality initiatives

• Participate in QA/QC programs and documentation

• Communicate effectively across lab teams and departments

• Associate s or Bachelor s degree in a chemical, biological, or clinical science

• Valid ASCP or AMT certification required

• Minimum 3 years of lab experience preferred (especially in hematology)

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Computer proficiency and comfort with LIS systems
