We are hiring for a Swing Hospitalist position. A swing hospitalist requires working exclusively on swing shifts (4 pm-2 am). Candidates must be comfortable with the swing schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during swing hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 40 physicians and 10 APPs at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital

Qualifications:

• Board-certified, experienced physician assistant; minimum of 1 year of experience required
• Active PA license or eligible to become licensed in WA
• Authorized to work in the United States

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Scheduling:

• Full-time position follows a 7-days on, 7 days off rotation
• Shifts for the swing position are scheduled from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Swing APPs are responsible for admissions and cross-cover
• High level of autonomy
• Closed ICU, no codes, hospitalists do respond to rapids
