Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse!

As an ICU Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for high risk adolescent through aging adult patients with actual or potential life-threatening medical-surgical conditions. Key accountabilities include:

  • Complex assessments and diagnosis

  • Outcomes identification

  • Planning, implementing, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice

  • Providing high-intensity therapies and interventions while providing continuous nursing surveillance

  • Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA

  • Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities

General Requirements:

Registered Nurse in Illinois, Registered Nurse in Iowa within 1 year

Education:

Associate's Degree in Nursing

Pay Range: $32.74 - $49.11 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
