Internal Medicine Opening in Tucson, AZ
Full-time (no locums or part-time)
A large, well-established healthcare network in Southern Arizona is seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine Primary Care Physicians in beautiful Tucson, AZ to work in an outpatient primary care clinic.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only primary care - no inpatient work
Full-time, hospital-employed position
Join a busy multi-specialty group with access to 50+ employed specialists
One dedicated clinic location - no travel between sites
High patient volume and strong referral base
Physicians start with one Medical Assistant, additional support provided as patient volume grows
Modern office space available and move-in ready
Must be board-certified or board-eligible and U.S. residency-trained
Open to new graduates
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary with bonus incentives
Relocation assistance and commencement bonus
Medical loan repayment allowance
Residency stipend for qualifying candidates
