Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Our practice is committed to supporting veterans through high-quality, compassionate care at various locations. You will have the flexibility to work in your own office within a 50-mile radius, ensuring an accommodating environment.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct one-time, non-treatment compensation and pension exams.
- Perform separation health assessments primarily based on interviews with some physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
- Complete required documentation and reports, including addendums.
- Work on a PRN basis with options for half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts.
- Engage in quick credentialing and onboarding processes.
- Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine.
- Ability to evaluate and diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
- Must own a laptop (PC only; Mac/Apple products are not accepted).
- Willingness to complete DMA training to achieve DMA certification.
- Current home address must be included for presentation purposes.
- AANP certification required.
- Active and unrestricted full nurse practitioner license in New Mexico.
- DMA certification preferred.
