Job Title: Locum - Physician - General Medicine

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-time, non-treatment Compensation and Pension exams.
• Perform separation health assessments, primarily through interview-based consultations.
• Administer physical assessments, including range of motion testing and muscle strength testing.
• Complete and submit reports, including addendums, within the allotted shift time.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for each assessment performed.
• Commit to ongoing assessments and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular health.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine.
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted full medical license in Utah.
• Board Certified in a relevant specialty.
• Willing to complete DMA training to attain DMA certification.
