Job Description: Locum - Physician - General Medicine

Join our dedicated team in New Hampshire, providing essential Compensation & Pension exams along with Separation Health Assessments for our nation s veterans. Our practice focuses on delivering high-quality service in a supportive environment.

This is a locum opportunity, requiring providers to operate from their own office locations within a 50-mile radius. We currently have openings in:

• Lincoln, NH - 1 day per week needed
• Lebanon, NH - 1 day per week needed

We are looking specifically for General Medicine Providers, ensuring a flexible work schedule with options for half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct one-time non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams and separation health assessments.
• Perform primarily interview-based evaluations, accompanied by some physical assessments like range of motion and muscle strength testing.
• Document findings accurately and promptly, including any necessary addendums.
• Complete required administrative tasks related to patient care and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with all ethical and legal standards while interacting with patients.

Qualifications

• Provider must possess proficiency in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
• Must have an active and unrestricted full license in New Hampshire.
• Providers with backgrounds in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to complete DMA training for certification.
• A laptop (excluding Mac/Apple products) is required for documentation purposes.

License and Certification Requirements

• Must hold a Board Certification or be Board Eligible in a relevant specialty.
• Must have an active New Hampshire state license.
• Completion of DMA training is necessary prior to employment.
