Job Title: Locum - Physician - General Medicine

Join our dedicated team of General Medicine Providers in Minnesota, where you will conduct Compensation & Pension exams as well as Separation Health Assessments. This role is pivotal in supporting our nation's Veterans through high-quality medical evaluations. Our facilities are designed for optimal patient care, ensuring all processes are streamlined and professional.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-time non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams and separation health assessments.
• Perform primarily interview-based assessments, along with some physical evaluations including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
• Work on a PRN basis, with the option to choose between half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts.
• Complete necessary documentation including reports and addendums post-evaluation.
• Quick credentialing and onboarding process for seamless entry into the role.
• Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted full license to practice in the relevant field.
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine.
• Ability to evaluate and diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
• Own a laptop (non-Mac/Apple products).
• Willingness to complete DMA training for certification.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must have a current medical license.
• AANP certification is required.
• Completion of DMA training will be necessary for certification.
