Internal Medicine Physician

Job Opportunity: Locum - Physician - General Medicine in Pennsylvania

Join a dedicated team at a facility committed to serving our nation s Veterans. This position involves performing Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments. Ideal candidates work from their own office in Sinking Spring, PA, on a PRN basis.

Facility Overview:
Veterans Evaluation Services is a government contractor focused on enhancing the well-being of our country's Veterans. You'll have the opportunity to impact lives while working flexible hours that suit your schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-time, non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments.
• Perform interview-based assessments and physical evaluations, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
• Document and submit completed reports and any necessary addendums.
• Complete DMA training to become DMA certified.
• Coordinate ongoing follow-up administrative work as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania.
• Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular health.
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient interaction.
• Own a laptop (non-Mac/Apple products).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Valid medical licensure in Pennsylvania.
• AANP certification (or equivalent).
• Board certified or board eligible.
