Schedule:<\/b> Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
<\/b>
We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine physician to join our Orlando outpatient practice. This is an outpatient\-only opportunity with a focus on high\-quality patient care in a managed care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in value\-based care, with knowledge of HEDIS and MRA coding, and be comfortable managing a patient panel of 14–15 patients per day.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Manage and coordinate care within a managed care or value\-based medicine framework.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Utilize knowledge of HEDIS and MRA coding to ensure compliance and optimize patient outcomes.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collaborate with care teams, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and administrative staff.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives as required.

  Qualifications:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Board\-certified or board\-eligible in Internal Medicine.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Active, unrestricted Florida medical license.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in managed care or value\-based care preferred.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Knowledge of HEDIS and MRA coding.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams.
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>
