POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead Provider opportunity within an established and growing private practice
• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services in a patient-centered environment
• Manage 2-3 operatories with dedicated clinical support staff
• Perform approximately 8-10 procedures daily
• Leadership autonomy with the ability to influence practice operations and growth
• Strong patient demand supporting long-term success and production opportunities

SCHEDULE
• Preferred Monday-Thursday Schedule
• Four-Day Work Week
• No Weekends
• No Call Requirements
• No Major Holidays
• Consistent Daytime Schedule

ROLE
• Perform restorative, preventive, and comprehensive dental procedures
• Lead day-to-day clinical operations as the primary provider
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on oral health
• Manage multiple operatories efficiently
• Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to maximize patient outcomes
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care while helping drive practice growth
