We are actively recruiting for three distinct but synergistic leadership roles:

  • Fellowship Program Director, Hematology & Oncology
  • Medical Director, Cancer Infusion Suites
  • Clinical Leader, Medical Oncology Services

Each position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape cancer care in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment supported by one of the most comprehensive cancer institutes in the Mid-Atlantic.

Opportunity Overviews

  1. Program Director, Hematology and Oncology Fellowship

Lead ChristianaCare s ACGME-accredited 3-year fellowship and help shape the next generation of hematologist-oncologists. Responsibilities include curriculum oversight, accreditation compliance, mentorship, and collaboration with translational researchers via the Center for Translational Cancer Research.

  1. Medical Director, Cancer Infusion Suites

Oversee clinical operations and innovation across ChristianaCare s infusion suites. Collaborate with operational and service line leadership to optimize care delivery, standardize treatment protocols, and champion continuous improvement and clinical excellence.

  1. Clinical Leader, Medical Oncology

Serve as the clinical lead for medical oncology services, developing care models that drive outcomes, quality, and patient experience. Lead strategic initiatives across the service line while supporting the growth of a dynamic oncology program.

Position Requirements

  • Board Certified in Medical Oncology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Delaware
  • Demonstrated leadership in clinical, academic, or administrative roles (preferred for leadership positions)
