• Shift: Days Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
• Patient Care Areas: Rehab and Acute Rehab

Key Requirements

• Licensure: Must have a Hawaii License by start date
• Certifications: BLS from the American Red Cross
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Outpatient and Acute settings
• Board Certified: Required
• Vaccination: Required
