Key Requirements

• Licensure: Valid state-issued Driver's License or ID card
• Qualifications: Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
• Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), NPTE for PTAs
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Skills: Effective communication, empathy, physical stamina
• Credentialing Timeline: Completed within 30 days of start
