Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and record changes
• Assist with patient hygiene and comfort
• Collaborate with healthcare team to create patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about ongoing healthcare needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of state-approved education program
• Current state licensure
