License Practical Nurses (LPN's) are assigned to a provider's team to work with patients, from start to finish, and implement our preventive care measures. You are actively involved in the health and wellbeing of our patients.

License Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

  • Medication administration
  • Phlebotomy
  • Electronic Medical Record documentation
  • Intake process and work with provider to assist with patient visit
  • Administer injections
  • Perform ECGs
  • Telephone triage
  • Place orders and refill prescriptions at the Providers request

License Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

  • Current Valid New York State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • GPN's one-year timeframe to pass boards
  • Prior experience in busy medical office preferred, but not required
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
