Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing – Nights – Full-Time

Position Overview
Step into an essential role in a skilled nursing environment, delivering compassionate care through overnight shifts. As an LPN, you'll ensure the safety and well-being of residents in a long-term care setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and providing critical hands-on support during the 7 PM 7 AM timeframe.

Highlights of the Position

• Full-time, 12-hour overnight shifts (7 PM 7 AM), with every third weekend required

• Provide direct nursing care: assessment, medication administration, documentation, and resident support

• Practice within a defined scope under RN or physician supervision, adjusting to emergent situations with professionalism and calm
