Step into an essential role in a skilled nursing environment, delivering compassionate care through overnight shifts. Highlights of the Position
Full-time, 12-hour overnight shifts (7 PM 7 AM), with every third weekend required
Provide direct nursing care: assessment, medication administration, documentation, and resident support
Practice within a defined scope under RN or physician supervision, adjusting to emergent situations with professionalism and calm
Cultivate relationships with residents, families, and care teams in a family-oriented, mission-driven environment
Participate in education, procedural updates, and team-driven best practices to enhance care quality
