Position Overview
Join a dedicated team in a skilled nursing facility providing compassionate care during the evening shift. As an LPN, you ll support resident health and comfort from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, delivering quality nursing care and collaborating closely with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and excellent patient outcomes.
Highlights of the Position
Full-time evening shifts (2 PM 10:30 PM), including some weekend rotations
Deliver nursing care including assessments, medication administration, documentation, and resident assistance
Work under RN supervision, responding promptly to resident needs and emergencies
Build strong relationships with residents and families in a warm, supportive environment
