• Full-Time Night Shift, 6:00 PM 6:30 AM

• Full-Time Day Shift, 6:00 AM 6:30 PM

Position Overview
We are currently hiring multiple Licensed Practical Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. These full-time positions provide an excellent opportunity to deliver quality nursing care to residents while working in a supportive and compassionate environment. The available shifts allow flexibility for those seeking either nights or days.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration and treatments, following care plans and nursing standards

• Monitor and document residents health status and communicate changes to the healthcare team

• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care

• Assist residents with daily activities and promote their dignity and comfort

• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for residents
