Locum Anesthesiologist 123168: West, North Carolina

• Duration: 6 months, possibly longer
• Does a physician need Board Certification: BE or BC
• Average Number of CV cases per day: 10-15
• Average Number of general cases per month:
• Case Mix: Busy OB, trauma, designated stroke center, vascular, neuro, urology, ortho
• Must be able to do peripheral nerve blocks
• CV Shifts: 8-10-hour shifts. No call, no weekends.
• General Anesthesia Shifts: 8s, 10s, 12s. No call is needed.
• Describe the make-up of support staff: 1 Anesthesiologist:3 CRNA or 1 Anesthesiologist:4 CRNA
• Care Team Model: Yes, mainly supervisory, but an Anesthesiologist can work their own cases if preferred.
• Active NC License
• Certifications:
  • BC & BE
  • MUST BE TEE CERTIFIED with at least 2 years' experience
  • DEA
