Locum Pediatric Hospitalist Coverage in Western OR
Medicus Healthcare SolutionsMedicus is collaborating with a hospital in western Oregon that has an opportunity for a Pediatric Hospitalist to assist with locum coverage.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 24-hour call, 7a-7a
- Level II Nursery
- Daily Volume: 4-6 newborns and 0-1 pediatrics
- Daily Admits: 2-4 newborns and
- Duties: ED consults, rounding on inpatient pediatrics and newborns, stabilizing and transferring critical patients
- Required Procedures: Lumbar punctures, intubations, umbilical lines; no circumcisions
- EMR: Patient Keeper
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Paid travel & expenses
