Locum Pediatric or General Dentist w/peds needed in Sumter, SC- Immediate and Ongoing!

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

• Start Date: Sept 1st-Ongoing
• Schedule: M-TH or M-Fri
• Hours: 8AM-5PM, 1 hour lunch, Fridays 8AM-2 or 3PM
• Avg Patients/day: 35-50
  • 95% Medicaid office.
• Ages: 100% peds
• Cases: stainless steel crowns, filings, pulpotomies, prophy s, simple extractions, Some space maintainers (not required)
• EMR: Dentrix
• Credentialing: 1 week
• Travel and lodging for eligible candidates

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Active SC License
• Medicaid enrolled
