• 15 - 20 outpatients per day plus 6 inpatient consults
• Mixed outpatient clinic and inpatient practice setting
• Stroke call managed by ED using teleneurology services
• EEG reading required Botox administration preferred
• 5-day clinic week with call responsibilities
• Hospitalist team manages admitted patients
• ACLS certification required
