• 6 x 12-hour shifts per month days and nights with extended handoff times
• 8 - 12 babies per shift
• Level IV NICU with annex and stepdown unit
• 1 - 2 day shifts orientation provided
• Procedures include intubation, umbilical lines, IVs, arterial sticks, and LPs
• Unit expansion and staffing transition coverage
• Bedside procedures and delivery attendance required
