• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with 4-day week option
• 14 patients per day
• Flexible assignment between inpatient or outpatient oncology services
• Inpatient: Daily physician rounding support with three physicians
• Outpatient: Team includes 3 APPs and 4 physicians
• Inpatient duties include rounding, consults, and medication management
• Outpatient duties include clinic follow-ups and infusion supervision
