• Monday - Friday with flexibility on days and hours between 8am - 6pm
• 20 patients per day mix of scheduled and walk-in patients
• Primarily adult patient base, mostly age 50+
• PA on staff working Monday - Thursday and Friday mornings
• Women's health coverage provided by PA
• Hospital privileges required
