Schedule and Coverage - Shift Coverage: Scheduled + On Call

General Job Responsibilities - Independently administer anesthesia for high-acuity surgical cases
- Perform spinals, blocks, and epidurals (must be proficient)
- Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia
- Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure safe anesthesia care
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia services
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Minimum Education Requirements - Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
License & Certifications - Active and unrestricted CRNA license in Indiana
- Board Certification (NBCRNA) Required
- DEA and Indiana CSR Required
- ACLS (AHA only) Required
- Must enroll in INPCF
Experience - Must provide case logs showing proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals (minimum 350 cases in past 12 months)
- MD reference required
- Board Certification required; Board Eligible not accepted
Additional Notes - Credentialing timeframe: days. Temporary privileges available for candidates with a clean background and malpractice history
