• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm option for 4-day week
• 14 patients per day
• Inpatient or outpatient oncology setting
• Inpatient: three physicians round daily with APP
• Outpatient: team of three APPs and four physicians
• Both roles include consults, follow-ups, and medication management
