• Monday - Friday: 6 am - 6 pm with clinic hours 8 am - 4 pm
• 60-hour work weeks including on-call time
• 8 patients per day
• Strong background in chronic care and withdrawal management
• Focus on cardiology and hypertension patients
• Experience with psychotropic medications required
• ER background beneficial for consultations
• Hospital privileges required
