• 12-hour shifts, 7 on/7 off rotation day shift 7am - 7pm or night shift 7pm - 7am
• Census of 10 - 14 ICU patients
• Procedures include intubation, central lines, arterial lines
• Additional procedures include paracentesis and thoracentesis
• Critical care patient population
