Adelphi is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)to perform advanced nursing care at a facility in Denton County, Texas. Deliver treatment and monitor general welfare of residents. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Perform routine and advanced nursing tasks as assigned. Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assist with medication education and patient health management. Adhere to all facility, state, and agency policies and procedures. Perform data entry and electronic charting (training provided). Maintain current CPR and demonstrate ability to perform it safely. Follow ICF-IDD, agency, and facility policies and directives.
