Location: Charlotte, NC Shifts: 8-Hour AM, PM, and Overnight Available

What You ll Do
- Assist with nursing admissions and ongoing client monitoring
- Administer medications and record in the MAR
- Conduct safety checks and support NCI-based de-escalation
- Communicate observations clearly and escalate when needed
- Document vitals, behaviors, and care interventions in real time
- Uphold confidentiality and patient rights at every step
- Active NC LPN license or compact multistate license
- AHA BLS certification (required)
- CPI or crisis prevention training (strongly preferred)
- Prior experience in behavioral health, detox, or long-term care (preferred)
- Team-focused and dependable with solid documentation skills
- Weekly Pay: $25.00/hr
- Flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN options
